Questions people
actually ask me.

You don't need to understand the technology — that's my job. But you deserve to know what you're paying for and how you'll know it's working.

If your question isn't here, text me and ask it. You'll get a straight answer, not a sales call.

The words

What the jargon means, in plain English.

Three letters keep coming up in this business. Here's all they mean.

What is SEO, in plain English?
Setting things up so when someone types “plumber near me” into Google, your business shows up near the top. It is your website, plus your Google listing, plus your reviews, plus how trustworthy the rest of the internet says you are.
What are AEO and GEO, then?
AEO is being the answer when someone asks Siri or Alexa out loud. GEO is being the business ChatGPT or Gemini recommends by name. Different machinery behind the scenes — I handle all of it, at no extra charge.
Why does AI search matter for a local business?
Last year 45% of people asked an AI for a local business, up from 6% the year before, and most AI answers name one company rather than listing ten. If the assistant cannot read and verify your business, you are not in that conversation at all.
Is any of this guesswork?
No. Every week I put your customers’ actual questions to ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot and Perplexity for your real service area and read back who they named. That tells us what to work on next — it is measured, not assumed.
The money

What it costs and what you are committing to.

Short answer: six weeks free, then $149 a month, and you can walk away whenever you like.

What do the six free weeks actually include?
The real thing — not a trial version. I go to work on your visibility right away: the listings, the profile, the site, the weekly AI checks. No credit card, no obligation of any kind. That is how I earn the trust to ask for money later.
What does $149 a month cover?
Everything I offer: SEO, AEO and GEO, review and reputation management, website optimization, website design and hosting, and social media management. One flat price, no add-ons, no stripped-down tier, no surprise line items.
Does the website cost extra?

No. The website costs nothing extra, and it costs nothing up front. I build it before you have paid me a dime.

I will work as hard as it takes to build the website you actually want. If that takes twenty-four hours, it takes twenty-four hours. If it takes two weeks, or two months, it takes two months. I do all of that for free. There is no design fee, no build fee, no deposit, and no invoice while it is being built.

Your six free weeks start once the site is done. When those six weeks are up, if you want to walk away, you walk away — and the website is yours. You keep it. The domain is already registered in your name, so that is yours too. Nothing is held hostage.

I am confident I can earn your trust and keep managing it for you at $149 a month, which covers the site, the hosting and every other service. But if you would rather leave at that point, I understand, and you leave with the website. There is no catch and nothing to sign.

Can I cancel?
Anytime, with no penalty and no runaround. There is no contract to get out of. I would rather earn your stay every month than trap you into one.
The work

Who does it, how long it takes, how you'll know.

One person, with software doing the watching. Here is how that works day to day.

Who actually does the work — is it really one person?
Yes. I build the site, fix the listings and answer the phone. What I do not do by hand is the watching: software agents check your profile, your site and the AI engines on a schedule, around the clock, and flag what has slipped. A person still reads the results and makes the call.
How fast will I see results?
Some fixes land in days — a wrong phone number, broken hours, a missing listing. Rankings and AI recommendations build over weeks and months. That is exactly why your score is tracked over time and you get a short report every week instead of a promise.
How do I know it is working?
Receipts. I read the server logs and can show you the moment ChatGPT’s or Google’s robot visited your site — date, time, robot name. Your site is graded with Google’s own public tools, not my opinion. And the weekly AI check records whether you were named, where you ranked and who beat you.
Do I need to do anything?
Almost nothing. Answer a few questions at the start, approve anything you want to approve before it goes live, and read a two-minute report each week. You run the business; the system runs your visibility.
What if I already have a website I like?
Then keep it. I optimize the site you have — speed, structure, schema, the content that answers real customer questions. Rebuilding is an option inside the same price, not a requirement.
Do I own my domain and my site?
Your domain is registered in your name, always. Some companies hold your web address hostage so you cannot leave; I would rather earn your stay. Your site also lives in three synchronized places at once, so it cannot be lost.
Do I get the keys? Can I take everything you built and walk away?

Yes. You get the keys — owner and administrator rights to everything, from day one.

That means owner access to your domain registration, owner or admin access to your Google Business Profile and your other listings, admin access to your website and its hosting, and admin rights on the social accounts I manage for you. In your name, on your email, with your own login. Not mine.

So at any point you can take all of it and go — the site, the domain, the profile, the content, the photos, the reviews, the history. You do not need my permission, my password or my signature to leave, and you do not have to ask me to release anything.

I am not hiding anything and I am not holding anything hostage. I would rather earn the next month than lock you into it.

Still wondering

Ask me the one I didn't answer.

No phone tree, no hold music, no ticket number. It lands on my phone and I answer it.
